Un Folding The Building

In most construction, special winches are used to fold up and fold down the house. In some cases the purchaser may choose to use a small crane whilst liaising with us.

The cost of your home includes qualified people to erect the building in a very special systematic order of fold up. Our qualified members of staff are needed to restrict any damage to your building.

The frame allows for and takes into consideration the thickness of normal wall cladding for the outside and inside of the building in the actual folding up and folding down of the two storey building.

There is a structural integrity from the time it arrives to your building site as a fold down waist height building to the time it is completely erected and secured by us.
