Building Completion

Building completion can be carried out by the customer, the purchaser of this house OR under your instruction, the fold up house arrives to your building site mostly completed with your chosen building materials to complete this home.

Once the two storey building is safely in place with all walls, roof, ceilings, upstairs flooring, staircase, then the finishing touches are the gutters, any roof completion, inside cornices and in some places skirting boards and some cover strips to cover bolted joints that can be uncovered again in the future if you choose to fold down and relocate or on sell your transformer building.

Electrical and plumbing is part of construction and is a chosen option by the purchaser.

BATHROOMS

The design of the building allows bathrooms under verandahs.

The verandahs create an opportunity for the main bedroom to have it’s own en suite and a second bathroom off the living kitchen area.

ADDITIONAL ROOMS

If the verandahs run the full length of the building then this creates a space of 9.5m by 2.7m wide on the front or the back verandah 9.5m by 2.3m wide.

Bathrooms are an option under a verandah, an additional bedroom or bedrooms in addition to the two bedrooms on offer in the main building (the end room and second storey room).

Verandahs can create an office space, a small gym, a room to escape to that is your space completely.
